2010年代 アメリカが大量に生産した新型の信頼性代替核弾頭、 保存性安全性に優れており、 取り回しも良く、 21世紀の核として登場した。

だが安全とは言ってもあくまで核兵器である。

2019年に北米を中心にして発生した大暴動＜ 大災禍＞ ザ・メイルストロム により、 この新型核弾頭は大量に第三国へと流出してしまい、 世界各地の紛争で使用されて しまったのだった。

その結果、 人類は危機に見舞われる。

放射能により癌になる人間が増加し、 核による影響により、未知なるウイルスが大量に出現する等の惨事が各地で広がっていた。

21世紀後半、 窮迫する健康への危機を前に、世界はこれまでの各国政府を単位とする資本主義的消費社会から、構成員（人間） の健康を第一に気遣う＜生府＞、ヴァイガメントを単位とする 医療福祉社会へと移行したのである。

こうして世界は生命主義、莫大な数の医療合意共同体＜生府＞ によって管理されるようになったのだ。

この世界では、 一定の年齢になると Watch Me という体内モニターをインストールされ、 恒常的な健康監視によって、 病原性要素は常に駆逐される。

つまりは老衰と事故以外ではほとんどの人が死なない世界であった。

また常に健康を監視されているため、人々は皆が一様にして、同じ体型になっており、個性というものはこの世界から失われていた。

健康=幸せという考えが浸透しており、 過去に 存在した嗜好品、 コーヒー、タバコ、酒、娯楽品の映画や動画、画像等は厳しい管理に置かれ、 排除されていた。

お互いが慈しみ支え合いハーモニーを奏でる世界。

皆が健康で幸せな世界が実現していた。

そんな優しい世界、リソース意識の中で、 苦しむ一人の少女がいた。

彼女の名はミァハ。ミァハ はこの社会を憎悪していた。

ミァハは 学校で出会った二人の友人、トァンとキアン とともに、この世界から消えることを画策する。

ウォッチミーを体内にインストールする大人になる前であれば、 自殺することも可能... こうして三人は貸しをすることを選択する。

だがトァン は死ねなかった。

時は流れ13年後。

トァン は WHO の 螺旋（らせん）監察官 になり、「 生命権の保全」 を名目に世界各地へと飛び回っていた。

それはまるで何かから逃れるかのように...

そしてある日、世界を大混乱が襲う事件が発生する。

トァンは、 その大混乱の中に かつて共に過ごし、一緒に死のうとした少女すでに死んでいるはずの友人、ミァハ の姿を思い浮かべたのであった...

今作ハーモニーは、伊藤計劃 「虐殺期間」に続く 長編第2弾であり、前作とはついになるような作品。

作者自身もある種の前作からの続編と語っている。

作者が長い闘病生活を送っていたからだろうか？

生と死をテーマにした内容だと感じる。

人間の思考や感情意識を取扱い、実際にこのような世界が将来訪れるのではないだろうかと思えてしまう。

意識・心があるから、人は憎しみや悲しみを抱く。

それを失くしたものが理想の社会、 ユートピアになるのであろうか。

それが果たして本当に幸せなのかどうか、 色々と考えさせられてしまう作品である。

In the 2010s, America mass-produced a new type of reliable alternative nuclear warhead.

These were safer and easier to handle, emerging as the 21st century's nuclear option.

However, despite being 'safe,' they remained nuclear weapons.

In 2019, a massive riot, 'The Maelstrom,' broke out in North America, leading to these new warheads being leaked to third countries and used in conflicts around the world.

As a result, humanity faced a crisis. The spread of radiation increased cancer rates, and unknown viruses emerged due to nuclear effects.

In the latter half of the 21st century, facing a health crisis, the world shifted from a capitalist consumption society, organized by national governments, to a medical welfare society centered on 'Watch Me' communities, prioritizing human health.

In this world, people are installed with a Watch Me internal monitor at a certain age, constantly monitoring health and eliminating pathogenic elements. Essentially, most people no longer die except from old age or accidents.

Everyone is monitored for health, leading to a uniformity in appearance and a loss of individuality.

The concept of health equating to happiness is widespread, and past indulgences like coffee, tobacco, alcohol, movies, and pictures are strictly controlled and excluded.

It's a world where everyone supports and cherishes each other in harmony, seemingly a utopia of health and happiness.

Yet in this gentle world, conscious of resources, a suffering girl named Miach despises this society.

Miach, along with two school friends, Tuan and Kian, plots to disappear from this world.

Suicide is possible before becoming an adult and getting the Watch Me installed, so the three decide to do so.

However, Tuan couldn't die.

13 years later, Tuan becomes a WHO Spiral Inspector, flying around the world under the guise of 'preserving the right to life,' seemingly running from something.
