ラブライブの続きを勝手に考えてみる EP-023 新しい挑戦③(191)

ー翌日の 部室にてー

 スクールアイドル部では 練習前の打ち合わせが行われていた。

 基本的にスクールアイドル部は練習前に ミーティングをした後は、個々に ユニットごとでの練習となっており、部としての練習を行うことはない。

 その反面、部としておろそかにならないよう、 全体ミーティングは密に行われるのだ。

パソコン机のマイ ポジションに立ち、部長の花陽が今日も熱弁をふるっている。

 「ということで スクールアイドル部では4月にウェルカムライブ、 6月の学園祭ライブ、9月に少し遅いけどサマーライブ、2月にクリスマスライブ、そして2月に卒業ライブという形で 今後 定期的に学内ライブを実施していく予定となっています。

 ライブを行うにあたり 、他部の協力、特に音響照明部と映像部の協力は必須であったり、自分たちでの準備もあったりと課題が多いのも事実です。

ですが定期的にライブを行えば、周囲へのアピールになるのはもちろんのこと、自分たちの成長にもなるはずです。 これについて、何か意見等あれば言ってください 」

 花陽の言葉に 1年生部員が質問をする。

"学園祭 ライブ 同様にやるとしたら 休日ですか ？”と。

花陽が答える。

「はい、その予定です。 おそらくは土曜日になるかと思います。ことりちゃんのおかげで 理事長にも許可をいただけましたので、充実したライブが行えるはずです」

さらに他の1年生からも質問が飛ぶ 特典

”学園祭みたいにゲストの出演はあるんですか ？例えば またA-RISEとか”と。

「はい 当然それも検討中です。

基本的には 私たち音乃木坂のスクールアイドルをアピールするためのライブですが、有観客ですし、イベント的要素も兼ねて、さらに ライブが盛り上がるよう ゲストについても考えてます。

他に何か意見や 質問はありますか？」

花陽の言葉に全員が首を横に振る。

気のせいか 1年生は とても嬉しそうだ。

 ライブができるという喜びに加えて ゲストも有りということだからだろう。

何と言っても元μ'sの6人、人脈はA-RISEしかり、結構すごいのだから 。

「オッケー、 決まりね ことりのおかげで先生たちには協力してもらえることになったし、 あとは 音響部と映像部 ね。これは生徒会としても お願いしてみるね」

「を…さすが マキちゃん、生徒会長の権力を駆使するつもりだ」

「何を 穂乃果、その棘のある言い方は 。あなたも元生徒会長として一緒にお願いしに来なさいよ」

「えぇ、何で？どうして私が！？」

「うるさいわねて黙って協力しなさいよ！」

先輩 2人のやり取りに1年生からは笑いが漏れていた。

それから数日後…

花陽がドタバタ 慌ただしく 部室 へやってきた。

「 みんなお待たせ！各部の協力がもらえました。

早速だけど 9月末にライブができることになったよ。1年生は チラシ作りと配布をよろしくね ！」

スクールアイドル部一同は盛り上がりを見せていた。

 ラブライブ を目指すのは当然のこと。それ以外でもライブができるのは何より嬉しいことであったのだ。

こうしてスクールアイドル部の定期ライブは 各部と教師の協力により実現することになった。

最後を締めるかのように 穂乃果 が言う。

「 よーし、みんなで ライブ 盛り上げようね！ 」 

穂乃果の言葉にスクールアイドル部は活気に溢れていた。

ー9月下旬ー

スクールアイドル部の定期ライブが間近に迫ったある日のこと。

今日も部室には 花陽の大声が響き渡る。

時刻は 16時。

そう、ラブライブ オフィシャルホームページが更新される時刻である。「ギャアァァー！き、き、決まりました！第4回 ラブライブの詳細が発表された…ついに決まった！ひゃっほー！」

「花陽ちゃん、今日はいつも以上だね…」

テンションがおかしな花陽を見て、ボソッとことりがつぶやいた。

海未に至っては若干引いているぐらいだった。

「良いか 皆の衆！今から詳細を発表するから心して聞くが良い」

いつもと また違うキャラになっている花陽が 興奮 まじりに言う。

「 第4回ラブライブ は、なんと！東京ドームでの開催だぜ、 イエーイ！まずは10月からエントリー受付 スタートで、11月上旬に 1次予選 、12月上旬に 2次予選、 1月の中旬に最終予選 、そして 決勝大会が3月2日 だよ、うわぉ！ここまでは特に変更点 なしだね。

前回同様、地区での予選 だけど、ここで 変更点が2つ！まず エントリーが1500 チーム を超える関東地区予選が、決勝大会出場枠が1枠増えて 4から5になったぜ、マジか！？

これは 関東予選突破チームが本大会にて軒並み 好成績を収めたからでやんす な。

そしてもう一つ！前回優勝チームは 決勝大会からの出場 つまり 予選免除…何ですって！？まあ これはあくまで 前回優勝チームがエントリーすればという条件なので、今大会より 最大 34チームが決勝の舞台へレッツゴーなわけですよ」

花陽の力説に一同がわく。

そこに凛が言う。

「かよちん、 変なキャラになってるけど、楽しみだね！」

「私たちも 決勝大会目指して頑張りましょう」

海未が行った。真姫も続く。

「今回は私たちも ゼロからのスタートだから 、後輩に負けないよう頑張るわよ」

 2・3年生も盛り上がっていた。

それもそうだ。μ‘sicforeverの6人としては これが最初で最後の ラブライブ なのだから。

「あと1つ忘れてました。今回最終予選から 持ち時間が8分になったので、これでより質の高いパフォーマンスができると思います」

「おっ、それは嬉しいね」

ことりが言った 。そして 穂乃果も 神妙な面持ちで言う。

「部長…私からも大変なお知らせが…」

「 なな 何でしょう 穂乃果ちゃん…」

穂乃果 が鬼気迫るような表情をし、一同に緊張が走る。

ただし 2・3年生は嫌な予感を抱いていた。穂乃果 は重々しい口調で言った。

「 部長…スタンプカードがたまりましたぜ！」

「早い…やります な穂乃果どの…」2・3年生の予感的中である。

穂乃果の話は 定食屋のスタンプカードの話であった。

大きなニュースかと思っていた1年生は がっかりした表情である。

雪穂は恥ずかしそうにうつむいていた。

そこへ 真姫が言い放つ。

「 あんたたちはいい加減にしなさい！バカ 2人は放っておいて。ラブライブ 東京ドーム大会 目指して頑張るわよ。

まずは週末の定期ライブ、 成功させるわよ！」

こうして気合の入る音乃木坂 スクールアイドル部であった。

--The next day in the club room--

Standing at my position at the computer desk, Club President Hanayo is passionately speaking again today.

"As for the School Idol Club, we plan to hold regular school concerts going forward: a Welcome Live in April, a School Festival Live in June, a somewhat belated Summer Live in September, a Christmas Live in December, and a Graduation Live in February."

"Organizing these lives requires the cooperation of other clubs, especially the Sound and Lighting Club and the Video Club. It's true we face many challenges in preparing these ourselves.

However, holding these regular live shows will not only appeal to others but should also contribute to our own growth.

If anyone has any comments or suggestions, please feel free to speak up".

A freshman member raises a question at Hanayo's invitation.

"Will the School Festival Live be held on a holiday as well?"

Hanayo responds.

"Yes, that's the plan. It's likely to be on a Saturday. Thanks to Kotori, we've also received permission from the principal, so we should be able to have a fulfilling live performance."

Another question comes from a different freshman.

"Like the School Festival, will there be guest appearances, for example, by A-RISE again?"

"Yes, we are certainly considering that. Although our lives primarily showcase our school idols from Otonokizaka, they are open to the public and include event-like elements to enhance the excitement, including guests. Any other comments or questions?"

Everyone shakes their heads at Hanayo's words.

Perhaps it was my imagination, but the freshmen seemed very pleased.

The joy of being able to perform, and the possibility of having guests, might be the reasons.

After all, the six former μ's members have quite impressive connections, like A-RISE.

"Okay, it's settled then. Thanks to Kotori, we have the teachers' cooperation, and now all that's left is to ask the Sound and Video Clubs. I'll see if the student council can help with that."

"Oh... Maki, always ready to use your student council president power.”

Honoka chimes in with a challenging tone.

"Honoka, what a harsh thing to say. As a former student council president, why don't you come and ask for my help?"

"Eh, why me? Why do I have to!?"

"Just be quiet and help!"

Laughter spills from the freshmen at the exchange between the two seniors.

A few days later...

Hanayo rushes into the clubroom in a flurry.

"Sorry for the wait, everyone! We've got the cooperation of all the clubs. We can have our live at the end of September. Freshmen, please take care of making and distributing the flyers!"

The School Idol Club was buzzing with excitement.

Aiming for Love Live was a given, but being able to perform outside of that was even more delightful.

Thus, the School Idol Club's regular live performances were made possible with the cooperation of the various clubs and teachers.

As if to conclude, Honoka says, "Alright, let's all work together to make the live a success!"

The School Idol Club was brimming with energy.

--Late September--

On a day when the regular live performance of the School Idol Club was fast approaching, Hanayo's loud voice filled the clubroom.

It was 4 PM, the time when the official Love Live website gets updated.

"Gyaaaaa! It's decided! The details for the fourth Love Live have been announced... it's finally set! Yay!"

"Today, you're even more energetic than usual, Hanayo-chan."

Kotori murmurs, slightly taken aback.

"Listen up, everyone! I'm going to announce the details now, so pay close attention"

Hanayo says, excitedly transforming into a different character.

"The fourth Love Live will be held at Tokyo Dome, yay! Entry starts in October, with the first preliminaries in early November, second preliminaries in early December, finals in mid-January, and the grand final on March 2nd.

Wow! So far, it's all the same as before. Like previous times, it's a regional qualifier, but there are two changes!

First, the entry for the Kanto regional qualifier, which has more than 1,500 teams, will increase its spots for the final from four to five. Amazing, right?

This is because teams from the Kanto qualifiers have been performing well in the main event.

And one more thing! The previous champions are exempt from the qualifiers...

What!? Well, this is only if the previous champions enter, so up to 34 teams will go straight to the finals this time."

Everyone is excited by Hanayo's explanation.

Rin comments, "Kayochin, you're acting weird, but it's exciting!"

Let's all work hard aiming for the finals, says Umi, followed by Maki.

This time, we're starting from zero, so we'll work hard not to lose to our juniors.

The second and third-year students were also fired up.

That's understandable, as this is the last Love Live for the six members of μ'sic forever.

One more thing I forgot. From the final preliminaries, the performance time has been extended to eight minutes, which should allow for higher quality performances.

Oh, that's great, Kotori responds. Then, with a solemn look, Honoka adds, "Captain... I have some serious news too..."

What is it, Honoka-chan? Hanayo asks, her expression filled with intensity, sending a wave of tension through the room.

The second and third-year students had a bad feeling about this. Honoka spoke gravely.

Captain... My stamp card is full!

Quick as ever, Honoka..., the seniors' predictions were right on.

Honoka was actually talking about a diner's stamp card.

The freshmen, expecting major news, looked disappointed.

Yukiho shyly looked down.

Then Maki declares, "Enough from you two fools! Forget about them. We're going to work hard aiming for the Love Live at Tokyo Dome.

First, we'll make sure this weekend's regular live is a success!"

Thus, the Otonokizaka School Idol Club was more determined than ever.
